VLC Player

A simple, free and portable application for listening to any of our streams is portable VLC. Windows or Mac The download is 10 megabytes, when un-zipped the application is about 16 megabytes. It works with Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista. It also works with Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows ME, but they are not officially supported. INSTALLING Normally your web browser invokes a program to play the live streams. This gets confusing as the program being invoked will vary depending on the web browser and the software installed on your computer. Here is an alternative for Windows users: After unzipping the portable version of VLC, find file VLCPortable.exe. Right click on it and make a new shortcut to it. Then right click on the new shortcut and rename it something like "Labuga.com Radio". Then, right click again on the same shortcut and get the properties. The Target box will have something like "X:\VLCPortable\VLCPortable.exe" (without the quotes). After the trailing "e" type a space and then this: "mms://209.208.69.71/nccmin", again, without the quotes. When you're done the Target box should look something like this: X:\VLCPortable\VLCPortable.exe mms://209.208.69.71/nccmin Click the OK button and you're done. Double clicking on the new shorcut will start the 24K MP3 live stream in a couple seconds. You may want to move or copy the shortcut to the desktop.
